Carmen reached out to a post of mine in Facebook group claiming that he had a lending solution for what I needed. He then introduced me to a random lender who talked circles and basically gave no clear answer on whether he could execute what I needed from the original call. 5-days later with 12 days left to close on the house, his lender finally sent me a term sheet with horrible terms and nothing to do with what I actually needed. Do not work with this guy.
