I called Darren, yet again... in dire need of computer assistance. This time is was getting a new computer set up that i tried to do myself and completely botched ;(... He jumped on the call within a minute and helped navigate through everything right there on the spot! These things can be stifling when you are not a tech savvy person, so I genuinely appreciate more than ever how prompt, thorough and hand holding he can be.
He also shared super helpful insight on computer selection and the 'What's and 'why's' for what is essential for each need and use. Next time I will for sure speak with him prior to purchasing any type of computer device.

Sage it does an amazing job at keeping my computers running. Their ability to take control of my computer and make sure that it's in good working condition with no viruses or anything else with it. They offer a good value and they have a great deal on cloud storage that they back up everything you have. They are the experts when it comes to making sure your computers are running great. Chris, Ian, and everyone at Sage IT are IT rockstars. Ian literally went to battle late into a Friday night to resolve a tough work phone issue we were having. Ian not only resolved it but continued checking in over the following weeks to make sure it worked.

Most recently I had a laptop die and got some blue screen issue. Laptop was completely inoperable. Chris picked up my laptop, fixed the laptop, and returned it to me in perfect working order! I'm now up and running again on my Zoom calls.

I couldnt be happier to finally find an IT company that I trust, is reliable, and genuinely cares and is passionate about what they do!

I was very pleased with Sage IT's services to deal with a PC problem. Oceano, the technician was efficient and quick in diagnosing the issue, and determining the means to correct it. I have been a SAGE IT customer for ten years, and have never been disappointed with their answering questions so that non-computer trained folks like me can understand. The speed of the technicians' moving around my screen by remote is awesome.

I've been using Sage IT for a couple years now. I've known them to be a good company. I've had the opportunity to meet a number of their staff when setting up and servicing my store and home computers. Each technician seemed to be knowledgeable and professional (despite being a little on the younger side).

My review though comes for an internet issue I just had at my home. Mike was assigned to my ticket. Mike really went above and beyond to solve my problem. He remotely logged into my home computer, he diagnosed the issue and he helped get on the phone with my internet provider for them to run tests also. Once it was determined that I needed to replace some of my equipment he went so far as to send me links to the equipment I needed to purchase and was even so kind as to follow up on a couple occasions to make sure that my new equipment was installed and that everything was functioning properly. I am not very tech savvy so this was extremely helpful service to me!

I was happy with the service before but I am definitely a fan now because of the outstanding service Mike provided. Thank you team:)

This is the best service I have ever bought. They fix your computer issues virtually. It is like having an IT person on staff. Very reasonable prices. I am on the monthly plan and love it !!!! They have saved me numerous times.
