Pearl Laundry Oceanside

I just started doing laundry at laundromats and this place was so clean and friendly. I needed help starting the machine and they were right there walking me through the process as well as showing me around. The machines wash very fast and left my clothes smelling great. Will definitely be coming back.

Put clothes in front machine hit heavy extra rinse extra spin 2 boxes of soap closed door latch apparently did not click but charged me timer started .lady came over started hitting a bunch of buttons and canceled machine then told me she can't refund me ...that is stealing you steal my stuff I will make you an example not happy want my money back .lady would not call boss or give me any information

The facility is quite clean and has comfy seating, as well as two restrooms. I've never really seen it ever get busy, so I like how I don't have to wait to use any of the machines. It feels safe here, as I've left my headphones charging in the front, and nobody took them. I could also tell a difference in the way my clothes looked the first time I came here!

I don't know if it was just me or not, but there was a strange chemical smell in the air on a Tuesday around 3 PM (maybe it was coming from Pep Boys or the restaurants nearby?). It gave me a terrible headache though, so it made me want to get away from there ASAP.

We love coming over this place. Except on Dec/29/2023 we put our clothes to wash and there was a couple talking and the male was saying so many F words and I thought it was a family environment. I told him to please don't say so many bad words infront of my child but his answer was- I DON GIVE A F! Even the employee was walking by and employee didn't say a thing.

A great place to do your laundry! Mario, Javier, and the rest of the staff work hard to keep everything clean and all of that.

When you load $20 to your Laundry Card you can get an extra $5 added to it which is nice.

My experience at this laundromat was really positive. It's clean and safe, which is great. They have plenty of washers and dryers available, so no waiting around. Topping up your card is a breeze with the user-friendly kiosk. Parking is easy as well. Nearby, you'll find a nail salon to kill time, along with a few restaurant, a pub and a supermarket. All in all, it's a convenient and hassle-free choice for getting your laundry done.

I was looking for a place to do laundry, we are traveling for sports, and I'm pretty picky about where I wash our clothes away from home.
Glad we read the Yelp reviews, and made the right choice to wash/dry here.
I was definitely surprised at the cost to wash and dry! It was not expensive at all. The establishment was clean, and the card machine was easy to use.
Good deal! I have a few more days here in San Diego and I'll be back for sure to wash one more time.

As much as I like this place, open big doors , well ventilated. I just gotta write a bad review.
An employee decided to argue with me when I showed her that the machine I was using still had soap when cycle completed. I asked her what can she do and she stated run another cycle, very non-shalant . The least she could of offers was to grant me another was at no charge.
Maybe showing employees to be a bit more understanding and at least offer a complimentary cycle when an issue arise would be great!

This place is great! The machines are new, it's very bright and open (the entire front opens up like a garage), the wifi is reliable, and the staff is really friendly.

They also have vending machines for snacks and drinks, and if you load your pay card with $20, you get $5 for free.

It was a great place to get work done while waiting for my laundry to finish. This is my new favorite laundromat in Oceanside.

The Owner wouldn't give me any assistance, not even the phone # for their card machine. It malfunctioned; It said I only had 99 cents on my card so I used my debit card to add $6.00
I know it said $6. then it said my balance was $73. some cents which didn't add up. It took $60 from my account. I've confirmed with Card concepts it is totally under the sites control. I know he can do all kinds of things, transfers & all in that machine and It has Pearl Laundry right on it but he refused me any help. My credit Union said it would be difficult as $ went in a prepaid card. Don't Trust those machines.
