Potholes... I was in a panic. Jared and his crew took care of my car and calmed my fear. Same day service. Will recommend and return if I need anything in the future.

This is the absolute best auto repair company I have ever been to!!! I had new brakes installed somewhere else and after, the ABS lights on the dash came on and there was a clunking sort of noise when braking that the brakes people couldn't diagnose after returning 3 times. Went to Mission Auto Care and they knew that it was the ABS sensor. Jared paid for an Uber to get me home and then back after the repair. I'm an older single woman and have experienced dishonest businesses but not this time. Mission Auto Care is the best of the best. Super honest, helpful, caring. They know what they're doing. I will have all the delayed service done now that I have found a place that can actually fix things the first time and for reasonable price. Thank you!!!

Every time we have any issues with our vehicles Jared is the man to call. I know they are very busy but yet the customer service still flows like wine. They always perform clean and superb work and I really appreciate the inspection reports. It may seem to some that they are trying to "add work" but they are really just trying to get the best health from our vehicles so we can avoid a catastrophic repair bill. This shop is legit.

I took my care to Mission Auto Care to get an oil change. The previous time I was there, I was given a comprehensive list of the overall health of my vehicle. At that time, my rear shocks were questionable, but I was told there was no need to get them replaced immediately. This time, Jarod went over the list of items with me and we decided to have the rear shocks replaced. I love the fact that they keep track of everything on my car, from oil changes and air filters to major mechanical issues. I prefer to deal locally with honest, affordable companies, and Mission Auto Care fits the bill. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Mission Auto Care charged me $62 just to tighten my battery cable. Most places would not charge a penny for this two seconds of time.
And they never offered me no shuttle, I did not know of it.
I am an old lady though and I have found that I am fair game for being taken advantage of. Not Okay folks.

2021 Review: I have to say this honestly, Jared is amazing. I had a loud clunking sound every time I turned the steering wheel. I wound up replacing the steering coupler in the EPS motor to correct the issue. However, I ended up with no power steering and an EPS and Traction light. Researching showed that I'd need to recalibrate the steering angle sensor to correct the issue. I turned it in to Jared and they found a connector wasn't fully seated. They connected the connector and recalibrated the sensor. They also performed a 36 point inspection and found other areas that needed attention. Me loving to work on my cars within my skill set told Jared that I'd be fixing those issues. Jared is such a breath of fresh air. I've been to other places where they put the pressure on you non stop to have them do the repairs but Jared didn't. He was extremely professional and stated that he just needed to inform me of the issues and said if I ever need them again, they are there for me. Please, if you're on the fence about a trust worthy place... don't feel that way with Mission Auto Care. I highly recommend this place to everyone and am very glad to know that I have such a professional and trustworthy repair shop in my local community.

2019 Review: Took my vehicle in which was an out of state purchase from PA. Explained to Jared that there was some concerns I had in regards to the seller lying and spraying over rust. I explained a couple of other items of concern as well. I also told Jared up front that I'm a DIY guy with a helicopter mechanic background and that I would do repairs within my skill level and work with Mission Auto Care for items I can not handle. Jared was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He had his team perform a through 36 point inspection and provided pictures of problem areas. No pressure at all in regards to having them perform the work as you get with some establishments. I'll definitely recommend this place and will be working with them for items I can't handle. Jared, thanks again brother... you're awesome!

I went in for a brake job and had to wait 2 hours until they got done! And, thats with no chairs to sit on in the closet they call a waiting room! A few months later I noticed that their website address was incorrect in a coupon magazinge, so I thought that I'd be a good guy and call to let them know about the mistake. The idiot that answered the phone told me that I would have to call the owner myself to let him know. Huh? These people shouldnt be allowed to even hold tools. Stoopid.

Excellent service here. We appreciate the kindness, made us some coffee too. Waiting for tow, but will be back here because of excellent customer service!!

So happy we found this auto shop! Rick and his crew are very hard working and care about their customers. I've been using their service for over two years. Reasonably priced. They do not disappoint! I recommend mission car center whole heartedly!

I've taken both my cars to these guys, and I am blown away by their honesty and integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend taking your car into Mission auto care, I tell my friends all the time they can be trusted.
