I was unable to add to my other review so I'm rewriting it.

As with other reviewers who felt pressured with a long sales pitch to pre-pay for months of treatment (at ~one thousand per month), I also experienced that. And unfortunately paid for it.

Manipulation was used, including scare tactics: "you'll need surgery...". I have since confirmed with two other doctors that this is not the case. I do have some degeneration but on the X-rays Cordie drew the line inaccurately and inappropriately which makes the situation look worse than it is. See attached.

Refused to provide a superbill so I cannot submit the $250 to my flex benefits.

After reading my other review Cordie contacted me saying he would refund what I paid AFTER I took the review down. I wonder how many times he has gotten honest reviews removed this way.

Chiropractic care is suppose to be"alternative medicine" this place is more like western emedicine where even if you go in healthy I'm sure they'll find something wrong with you and try and scam you into a ridiculously expensive/dramatic treatment plan.
by far one of the worst medical experience of my life. I am very anti allopathic doctors but had an emergency with my 3 week old newborn and spent a week in nicu. My experience here was comparable to the nicu and I only spent one day here.

I so wish I would have read some of the reviews prior. Every negative review is the same story. this place is rooted in evil/brainwashing/manipulation/lies and fear tactics. I am so sorry for the other negative reviews on here, you're not alone!

I feel like an idiot because I did not listen to my intuition which after 5 min there told me to run. I was in a lot of pain and desperate to get some relief so my judgement was clouded.

I went in for a morning appt with my 3 very young daughters with me. They did the scan which took
Forever. I was told that I would have to come back in 3 hours for my results (WTF, I traveled to come here and I have 3 young kids with me) Dr cordie told me the day before on the phone that I would do the scan and then come back in THIRTY MINUTES for results (first lie). I was asked to pay $150 before I even finished my appointment which I thought was strange but now I know why. I was sent away (still in pain and still no adjustment) for 3 hours.
When I got back I listened to an hour of fear tactics with some verbal emoji references, manipulation and sale pitches. The FINAL speech was that I'm a stage 2 "and stage 4 is surgery which Will be too late for me to help you" (second lie) my neck is 55mm out of alignment (referencing an X-ray that was taken when I can't even stand straight because I am in pain) my pelvic bone is shifted (just had three kids in three years) and "your looking at surgery in the future if we don't correct this" (I'm a very active/healthy 34 year old athlete with absolutely no issues other than a stiff neck most likely from sleeping). He "strongly recommends" I commit to 3x a week for 90 days which would cost $6,000!! But he would give me this GREAT deal of 3 payments of $1,192. I said there's no way I can commit to that as a homeschooling/full time mom, not to mention financially impossible (informed him over the phone that I have medi-cal and that we are a one income family of 5 on a tight budget). My response was that I need to speak to my husband before committing to anything and immediately the energy was sickening "well what do you want to do then" I replied "I want to get my adjustment I've been waiting for all day, I'm in a lot of pain" he said I need to pay another $80 for that are you kidding me?? That needs to be said PRIOR to scheduling! I would never have gone in had I known that I wouldn't even be adjusted for that amount, because I DIDNT EVEN WANT THE X-RAYS! I have every detail of our scheduling phone call on my notes in my calendar of how long appt will take, payment plans, super bill, directions, website to fill out inpatient form etc, and if he would have told me that first appt doesn't even cover services, I would have kindly canceled my appt and gone back to "the joint". HE SAYS he made it clear on the phone that services were not included- so we can avoid this confrontation" (third lie). He says he will leave the room and give me a minute to think about what I want to do. I wanted to leave but really needed my neck adjusted. He comes in and I take a deep breathe "I am trying not to lose it right now but you initially told me on the phone it would be 30 min wait time after assessment and that I could go to lunch and come back, you charge me $150 in the middle of my appointment (so wrong) and then send me away for three hours. now I've spent the entire day here listening to you talk and I am in pain just wanting some relief. now
You want me to pay another $80 just to get what I came here for in the first place". he eventually had his wife adjust me because the energy between us was awful and all about money and dishonesty, plus frustration that I didn't take the bait for his ridiculous "treatment plan". Conversation between us was heated and I was shaking and trembling right before my adjustment which was horrible to be tense going

He actually had the nerve to say to me "I spent 300 grand on my school and I need to be compensated for my time" no dude, you don't listen to your patients you just talk, and you kept me here way long so I need to be compensated for MY time. It's super unprofessional to talk about how much you spent on school while arguing about payments.

Dr cordie I know that you will read this so please don't reply with your generic "we never intend anyone to leave here with a negative experience" bull crap. You should stop scamming, lying, pouring fear into healthy/innocent people. How do you sleep at night?

I don't have the superlatives to describe the care I have received from Dr. Cordie Williams and his wife Dr. Tania Williams of Health From Within for the past 7 years. Recently I came down with a severe acute condition as a result of a surfing injury many years ago. At age 83 old injuries can re-emerge. Dr. Cordie was willing to treat me every day to remedy this condition at no extra charge. Dr. Cordie has unbounded enthusiasm, but it is directed to providing the best chiropractic care possible. With their superb training and attitude toward the welfare of their patients you will receive top of the line treatment.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I am very blessed to finally found doctors that care about me and my health. When I first started coming here I had a lot of emotional pain and physical pain. Dr. Cordie and Dr.T took the time to listen to me and give me the best advice how to take care of myself. I had pains I thought it will never go away. One month later half of my pains have been heal. This place has been good to me. And it feels amazing after each visit. I feel safe and is nice to know both doctors really care about there business and all there guest. They are both very knowledgeable and passion about there work. And that's what I really love about coming here. Thank You both Dr. Cordie and Dr. Tania

Total scam & waste of money. $40 initial assessment was a joke. I was shown a few stretches then asked to sign up for a costly unaffordable wellness program. I should've just gone to YouTube as it's free & more effective.

Oh wow This place is Great I feel completely comfortable and like family when here.

I have waited long enough for this post and if I reach one person; that is success for me. I will start off with I was a HUGE supporter and believer in Cordie.

Short version: He will scam you and make you feel like he's doing you a favor. There is $2,000 he took from me. I wish him well and it was unfortunate but I wish him no evil and peace love and happiness.

Full version: Before seeing Cordie I was seeing a different provider and he did some amazing work but I found Cordie because of the location. My first impression: he was a genuine person that wants to help fellow Marines and people in general. I've had back problems for over 14 years prior to this. First appointment: he hooked me and he hooked me well. I paid the $4200 in two payments across a month. I signed the paperwork and everything. It was for 48 sessions and some additional things that he would throw in...never received the additional things.....I'll fast forward. Things were going good. I had a little evaluation. I told him, I like the service but compared to the previous provider he was rank #2 but I still want to come here. Everything went accordingly. On MLK day, I injured my back to the point where I was in 10/10 pain. I couldn't walk/stand/lay without being in pain. I'll fast forward again. 4 days in a row after seeing Cordie I was still in 10/10 pain. Him and I (someone else also I would like to leave that person anonymous) had a behind closed doors conversation. It came down to me telling him; I appreciate everything that you have been doing for me but if a medical Doctor recommends surgery that's the route I'm going. His response I felt attacked, however I was on heavy medication. At the end what I got from the conversation was there is those cases that it sucks to say that I can't help from Cordie. I elected to proceed with surgery and he was furious. A week after surgery I reached out to him because I only received treatment 20 times. He reply with "If I was to charge you the out right care fee and cancellation.......it would be $250 per adjustment." Later on he continues with "....because your a Marine...I will only charge you $174". He ended up giving me $600 dollars refund which averaged about $185 per visit for 20 adjustments. I can tell you this: his work is no where worth the hassle or $185 per visit. If you take anything away from this please just think twice about going to Cordie. He will scam you and make you feel like he's doing you a favor. There is $2,000 he took from me and I wish him well and it was unfortunate but I wish him no evil and peace love and happiness. Don't sign the contract. That's where in the black and white states he can adjust the price if canceled. I promise you due to me wanting a 10 minute shorter drive cost me. There's other providers that will provide the same if not better treatment for less and not have to worry about what I went through. Angie , Maureen , Haley and Hannah ( the cordie Team) are all so welcoming as you enter and always greet you with a smile and a hug and make you feel a sense of relaxation . Angie is very patient with my husband as a newbie and is always there for him with that soft & caring voice .(He can tell the difference too)

I personally have been going to Dr Cordie for almost 1 year and 4 months ( still continuing for the year) The techniques Dr Cordie uses as a Holistic Chiropractor are not the same as a regular chiropractor. His techniques I have never heard of before . He treats the whole body starting from the Brain stem to the spine then to the organs . This in turn helps to heal the body in many ways . God is the complete healer but God is using Dr Cordie as a vessel . Dr Cordie is always educating us as we are getting adjusted , explaining what he is doing and why . He has monthly education classes , Provides
supplements going over your nutritional and health
needs. His goal is to help as many people as he can because he does care .
His wife Dr Tania is such a blessing too she is the one out at the farmers markets, gyms educating and evaluating potential patients .

Overall I was very skeptical at first but after a few visits ,meeting the staff and the husband and wife team I felt the difference and results don't lie .

I will relay my experience since the business decided to report this and I will elaborate more
1. Office staff are all doctors although not really doctors
2. Dr. Cordie tries to tell you the consultation is rare and always booked, which is not the case, this fishes you in to think this is important (mind games)
3. Dr. Cordie tells you to bring all your close family members to the first session, why? it has 2 effects, one to brain wash you and your close family members with non-scientific information, second, some people whom have not performed medical research and validation, may be persuaded what Dr. Cordie is saying is actually truthful. This is just not ethical using the position of a doctor to educate people with wrong information
4. The presentation included a lot of information which is not scientifically true, it was also lengthy, about 45 minutes of your time which was quite difficult for me since the first 5 minutes I could already identify this is going to be a meeting similar to sales people trying to get you to buy a timeshare
5. Chiropractic care is an alternative medicine, it is not medicine which has scientific proof it works, however Dr. Cordie claims it works and over promises. I would not be surprised he is eventually identified for malpractice

I have gone to other chiropractors in the past, and none of them claimed its ability to solve pain issues, instead presented it as an alternative that may work for some, however may not for some. I am glad I walked out since I just want to get adjusted, don't give all this nonsense, just get right to the point.

Cannot comment on pricing, but it seems other people had price issues and pressured to buy packages that didn't give them the results they were promised.

Fake talk and tries to brainwash you, please try to be more scientifically accurate if you are trying to be a somewhat doctor. Chiropractic care is an alternative as with acupuncture, stop making medical claims.

I've been going to this practice for nearly two years and one of my favorite aspects of Dr. Cordie and Tania Williams practice is their focus on a holistic treatment to health. I'll admit that creating new habits has been challenging at times throughout the past two years, especially when I get busy with all the life things, but it's been very rewarding and 100% worth it to commit to my healing journey at their practice over the last two years.

Getting unsubluxated by receiving adjustments, completing home traction, breath work and taking specific supplements, really has made a world of a difference and has helped me heal from some outstanding physical, chemical and emotional issues.
