Oside Power Yoga

Welcome to Oside Power Yoga Hi Oceanside, My name is Sylvia Rodriguez, I reside in Oceanside with my husband Brian and two dogs Macie and Cisco. We are excited to be opening up Oside Power Yoga in the next few weeks. We are both retired law enforcement and have served our communities for over 25 years. We want to continue to serve by sharing the wonderful practice of yoga. I began my practice several years ago, and it provided an enormous amount of healing, both physically and emotionally. I took my first 200 hour yoga training in 2019 and immediately began to share my passion for yoga as an instructor. My "why" for opening this studio is to create a welcoming community where individuals of all levels can explore the transformative power of yoga. I can't wait to begin this journey with you. Sylvia~
