Parra Accounting & Tax

This is our first year using Parra Accounting and I must say... We'll be back!!! My husband and I went in with just the hope of not owing so much back to Uncle Sam this year. Not only did Marcus Collier impress us with his quick and efficient customer service... The phrase "YOU'LL BE GETTING BACK".... Shocked me! I had to stop him and say, HUH?! the last 3 years we've owed, so to be able to get something back has me doing cart wheels (in my head of course!) we will be coming here for all of our Tax need from now on!

I was looking forward to take my tax documents to Parra Accounting & Tax for them to assist me in completing my taxes. I wanted to support a small family-owned business. When I arrived to the office most employees had already left for the day and the only one around was Marcus Collier. He got up from his desk but seemed annoyed and disturbed that I was there. I proceeded to show him my tax documents I had in the folder and he said my documents looked unorganized and because of that he would have to charge me extra 'accounting fees' for organizing the folder. He also asked in a demeaning way if I wanted folders to organize it myself. I was surprised with his unprofessionalism and rudeness towards me. Earlier in the day I had spoken with Alicia, another employee that I would drop off my tax documents; so I don't know why he was being rude and annoyed. He then started saying that he does not even know who I am and doesn't know where I came from. All my life I have never had an employee at a company be so rude and unprofessional like Marcus Collier. He should not be working as a tax preparer, or in any office environment due to his inability to know how to converse in a respectful manner to customers. By the end of our conversation he said the papers I had in my folder were "trash" and that he did not have any time to assist me. Marcus Collier is an unprofessional, rude and incompetent tax preparer. He should NOT be working in any service business dealership working with the public. I DO NOT recommend Marcus Collier as a tax preparer, nor the company that hired him.

I've been coming here for years. Friendly and welcoming office. Always a great experience andIf you're prepared then so are they. Family owned!

This is my first year filing as an independent, Alicia answered all of my questions and was very kind hearted and made me feel at ease.I highly recommend Parra Accounting to top it all off they are a family owned business with reasonable rates !

Parra accounting has been my go to for income taxes for many years now, I was referred to them by a friend back in 2009 and have used them since. I've always felt they go above and beyond for me and my parents(I sent my parents to them after I found out how awesome they are). Very nice family run business, Marcus and Alicia will work hard for you to get the job done right. Don't waste your money going to these overpriced places go to Parra where the price is definitely right.

First time doing my taxes with Parra accounting. Marcus is very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning next year.

Just got my tax service done at Parra. Fantastic place. The price was great (much cheaper than H&R). Marcus and Jennifer were very polite and professional. Very friendly to military as well. 5 stars

Been going to them for over 10 years now and they really are the best. These people go above and beyond and really take the time to make sure you aren't over looking any writeoffs. I Recommend them a 1000% a family owned business always so friendly and accommodating.
