What a cute spot! Our server Chuy was awesome and made us feel right at home. Seafood was fresh and we'll definitely be back on our next trip to San Diego.

If you are here for the views and vibes this is the spot. Set in the Oceanside Harbor, their outdoor seating has gorgeous views of the ocean. The servers were friendly and fast. They had us seated and our orders taken right away. We had been sampling food all morning so we just ordered a couple of items to share. The clam chowder, lobster bisque and calamari tacos were all ok, not mind blowing but ok. My favorite item was the ceviche. We did add quite a bit of hot sauce, but that's just a preference. This place definitely has an old school vibe that I appreciate.

Worse lobster tail I've ever had....The service was good and the location is beautiful but the food was horrible. I ordered the surf and turf, the steak was ok and the lobster tail was chewy and felt like rubber. Way over cooked and displayed horrible. I would recommend drinks and views here not the food!

Best thing about this place is their location and view, hands-down. Although we have not officially dined here, we did stop by for happy hour. We sat outside on the patio at a table, but we could have chosen to sit in the uncovered part of the patio, at a rail using taller high-top wooden chairs. This area has a better, more unobstructed view so it's nice there are a couple of options for seating.

For happy hour, which is daily from 3-6pm, they do have a menu with what I think are discounted menu items...but the prices still seem high. $15 for a basic cheeseburger with fries is the happy hour price? Draft beers are $8 and the couple that I had chosen were tapped out so I had to pick a third option.

We really came for some oysters, and we're a bit disappointed to see they were not on the happy hour menu. Bummer. We still ordered a half-dozen ($18) and some calamari ($14). EDIT: I did see a sign for $1.50 oysters on THURSDAY, 3pm-close so I need to come back for that!

The calamari is a bit strange, more like calamari sticks (see attached photo). They tasted good however, but the presentation could be made better. They topped a few straggly strands of lettuce. It did come with a dipping sauce, but no marinara or even a lemon. The oysters came with a lemon so quick save there.

I would come back to try more food for sure, especially the oyster Thursday specials.

Great view, outdoor seating, wooden chairs and quick service. The food was good. The 'fish and chips' came with three tall and thin fish strips. For the price, they should have had much more girth (perhaps 2 big ones instead of 3 not-so-big ones). As the kids says, the fries were just mid. The lobster crab quesadilla has 3 mini quesadillas, but beware of the potent onion flavor... you can't remove the onions from the mix, apparently.

Ambiance and service were great. My friend and I shared oysters that were questionable, not good at all. I had the fish and chips ($22) and the fish pieces were small and over fried. When I let the server know he didn't do anything about it. That was disappointing. To call it a bar is a bit of a stretch as they only have beer, wine and soju cocktails. Sadly I won't be returning. My lunch all together was $50, not worth it.

We went there just for a little late lunch. I had the most amazing fresh shrimp cocktail that were very huge and meaty. My husband had clam chowder that he thought was very good. I loved the menu selection. Definitely going back for more seafood!

The views from this place are amazing. I think they could step up their food and drink quality. The Oyster Rockefeller was decent. The staff was friendly. The overall cleanliness seemed to be lacking.

First of all the service and people are 10 stars !! The bucket of clams and chowder bread bowl were spectacular.
The surf and turf was ok. The lobster not so great and the wasabi mash was bland. The deserts were sub par. The crème brûlée was chunky and the banana split had all vanilla ice cream and no topping. The views and ambiance were amazing and again the people were just great. Service was above bar !! Ill come back just for that.
