El Pollo Loco

I placed my online order on the Door Dash website today. I still am signed up for the Dash Pass Program and I also was issued a credit in the amount of $11.49 yesterday from this Door Dash Customer Service Department due to this other restaurant forgot to place one order of French Fries with my complete order. So I am applying this credit to my El Pollo Restaurant order now.

I ordered (5 Items) tonight.
My order is as follows: One quantity on the Chicken Avocado Burrito with a side of Tortilla Chips. The price is $9.99. One BRC Burrito. The price is $2.69. This BRC Burrito ingredients has rice, pinto beans and sharp cheddar cheese filled in a warm flour tortilla. One regular size Strawberry Lemonade Beverage. The price is $2.51. One large size Mashed Potatoes. The price is $6.29 with a side order of Brown Gravy included but in a separate container.
One small container on the Pinto Beans. The subtotal was $25.27.
This delivery fee was $4.99 but I received FREE Delivery from my Dash Pass Program . The service fee was $3.79 but was a reduced price to $1.26. The tax was $2.08. This $11.49 credit was deducted from my subtotal. I chose the $3.00 dasher tip for Aliyah. My total cost was $20.22. That's a awesome deal.
The BRC Burrito was really delicious .
The Chicken Avocado Burrito is HUGE and I will eat it tomorrow for my lunch time. The sides like the Mashed Potatoes was creamy with the brown gravy and very flavorful.
The pinto beans were really good.
The Strawberry Lemonade really quenched my thirst.
Everything I ate tonight from El Pollo Loco Restaurant was very flavorful and so delicious!
Aliyah my dasher driver dropped off my (5 Items order) at my front door at 8:25 p. m. I didn't see her car. She didn't ring my doorbell.
I looked outside I had the outdoor light on and I saw my El Pollo Delivery Bag was located in front of my door. I opened my front door and brought my El Pollo Loco Order inside my house.
My order was complete. I was very happy that nothing was missing this time from a different Restaurant.
I had a very awesome experience.

I thought I would stop into this El Pollo Loco Restaurant because I love eating Mexican Fast Food from this place. Their food is always made fresh to order and nothing is frozen or pre-packaged. This is the (First Time) I have ordered their Citrus Seasoned Fire-Grilled Chicken with the 2 piece order. I ordered the one Leg and the one Thigh with 2 Sides of my choice and it also included the 2 Flour or Corn Tortillas.

I placed my order with Jose who was working at this front cash register tonight at 7:18 p. m. It was my dinner time meal. This time I wanted to try their Citrus Seasoned Fire-Grilled Chicken. The price is $7.69.

I ordered the 2 pieces on the Citrus seasoned Fire-Grilled one Leg and one Thigh Chicken and it comes with 2 sides of my choice. I selected the small size Macaroni and Cheese and the small size Spanish Rice. This meal includes either corn or flour tortillas. I chose the 2 Flour Tortillas. I asked Jose if he could give me some mild salsa. Jose said sure. Jose gave me 3 Red Salsas and 3 Green Salsas. I didn't know at that time but all of these Salsas are very SPICY and HOT!! For my dessert I chose the 2 pieces of the Cinnamon and Sugar Churros. These Churros were soft baked and I love the Cinnamon spice mixed with the granulated sugar. This Mexican treat makes a great combo. The price for the Churros is $2.49. For my soft drink, I chose the Large Size Sprite Soft Drink. The price is $2.99. The subtotal was $13.17. The sales tax is $1.09 and the grand total was $14.26. I paid the $14.26 in cash and it was the exact change I gave to Jose tonight. My order number was 909. Also when you take their El Pollo Loco Restaurant Survey you will receive a $1.00 off your next purchase of $5.00 or more. That is a great deal!

It had taken about 15 minutes before Jose started to place my Citrus Seasoned Fire-Grilled Chicken that is a 2 piece one Leg and one Thigh on a plate that had a divider in 3 different sections for the one small size side dish on the Macaroni and Cheese and the one small side dish on the Spanish Rice. I received a empty large size drink cup to fill this cup up with ice at the soda machine. I filled up to the top but left about one half inch space from the top of my soft drink cup and I filled this drink cup up with Sprite Soft drink. This is my favorite soft drink due to it has a refreshing Lemon and Lime flavor it tastes like 7-up and isn't very sweet. I always enjoy drinking this Sprite Soft Drink. Jose placed these 2 Flour Tortillas on the tray and he also put one package of these 2 Cinnamon and Sugar Churros on the same tray.
I walked over to a booth seat and I sat down to get ready to eat my dinner meal tonight.

This one Leg and the one Thigh Chicken was very tender and really juicy meat. I ate the Chicken Leg with my right hand. This Chicken was perfectly seasoned with Citrus flavor and it was very delicious. The two sides like the Macaroni and Cheese was very creamy and so good. The Spanish Rice was very flavorful and not salty at all. The Cinnamon and Sugar Churros I ate them both for my dessert. These Churros were soft baked and with the Cinnamon and Sugar made a very delicious combination. I will certainly order these Churros again at a later date. Every thing I had eaten tonight for my dinner meal was very satisfying to my palate. I love eating their Mexican Food at this El Pollo Restaurant location.

I saw about 4 customers including myself who were eating inside this El Pollo Loco Restaurant. There was about 12 cars that were waiting in one lane in their drive=through window to order their food at the speaker. This El Pollo Loco's Restaurant Drive-Through is the most busiest versus their customers like myself who prefer to dine inside their restaurant.
It is more convenient for me to dine inside their El Pollo Loco Restaurant. Also I really like their employees everyone is always very friendly and greet me with a smile when I walk inside their front door.

I decided to celebrate Valentine's Day yesterday by dining inside this El Pollo Loco Restaurant. I love their Mexican Cuisine. Even though El Pollo Loco is a fast food restaurant their Mexican Food tastes like higher quality food this restaurant always prepares their Mexican Cuisine with fresh ingredients every day and none of their Mexican Foods are frozen. I love eating Mexican Food. I like eating at Fast Food Restaurants because it's convenient and it's prepared very quickly plus their prices are affordable and their food is delicious!

I was served by Melanie who was operating the cash register last night at 6:20 p. m. I ordered (3 items) for my dinner meal. My first order was the Taquitos Salad with creamy Cilantro dressing. This Taquitos Salad I received 4 Taquitos that were rolled up and deep fried with chicken meat filled inside and it was a good size portion for one person. This Taquitos Salad order included a large size soft drink or Minute Maid juice drink of my choice. I chose the large size Strawberry Lemonade. The price is $10.19.

I also ordered the regular size bowl of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. The price is $4.29. This Chicken Tortilla Soup was the perfect comfort food on a really cold night. This soup really warmed me up last night. This Chicken Tortilla Soup was very flavorful with these tender pieces of Chicken, kernel corn, diced tomatoes, sweet onions, cilantro and a lightly seasoned chicken broth. This Chicken Tortilla Soup was the perfect combination with all these really fresh ingredients and a very healthy soup. The large size Minute Maid Strawberry Lemonade really quenched my thirst with this delicious flavor of real sweet strawberry flavor and this tart Lemonade.

Melanie my server gave me excellent customer service last night. Melanie was nice enough to give me a $1.00 discount off the total cost of my order.
My subtotal was $14.48. I received a $1.00 off discounted price. The tax was $1.11. The total cost of my bill came up to $14.59. I paid for my dinner meal last night in CASH. I am El Pollo Loco Restaurant's loyal cash customer. I frequently dine inside at this El Pollo Loco Restaurant location at the 483 College Boulevard Location on a frequent basis. Everyone one of their employees are always very personable and really friendly. Their employees have always given me excellent customer service.

I placed my order with James and I dined inside this El Pollo Restaurant tonight for my dinner time at 5:30 p. m. I already had my mask on before I entered this El Pollo Loco Restaurant.

I ordered the Burrito TINGA Combo. It includes one side of the crispy Tortilla Chips, 2 containers of the mild salsas, and one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. The price is $8.78. James this cashier was very friendly and helpful to me. James recommended to me to order this Chicken TINGA Burrito Combo because it will be more inexpensive to my budget. I agree. Thank you very much James.

I also ordered one small size of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. The price is $4.29. These ingredients in this Chicken Tortilla Soup was really large pieces of this tender Chicken meat, kernel corn, red bell peppers, onions, cilantro, green bell peppers and a delicious broth. It was really cold outside today and this cup of the Chicken Tortilla Soup really warmed me up. The tax was $1.16. My total bill was $15.24. I paid for this meal in Cash to James at the front counter.

Tonight, this atmosphere inside El Pollo Loco Restaurant was very relaxing and quiet. It was not very busy tonight. I only saw about 8 customers dining inside this restaurant including myself.

Every one of the staff at this El Pollo Loco Restaurant were wearing masks the whole time during their shift. I also saw James this cashier spraying all of their tables with a disinfectant spray cleaner and James was wiping down every table with these disposable cloths. James also was sweeping the floor underneath each customer's table after these customers left their restaurant.

I have eaten in some restaurants that don't require their customers to wear masks. These places are Tony Pepperoni Pizzeria Restaurant, The Draft Sports Bar and Grill Restaurant, The Beach Break Cafe, and Oceanside Bakery and Restaurant. These places are more relaxed and not strict on the Covid-19 Guidelines. It is the customer's choice whether they want to wear a mask or not.

This El Pollo Loco Restaurant has very strict COVID-19 Guidelines. Every customer is required to wear a mask, even though a customer has been vaccinated. I felt very safe eating inside this El Pollo Restaurant location.

I spoke to Jasmine an employee last night. I asked Jasmine is their drive through more busy than having their customers dine inside their restaurant?

Jasmine said about 70% of their business comes from people using the drive through method. This reason is because it is more convenient for these customers. Their customers also prefer not to get out of their cars and these people are on the go and they don't have the time to eat inside this El Pollo Loco Restaurant.

Jasmine also told me an interesting (fact) about their drive through method.

Jasmine said their drive through is on a (timer method) and the total time that a customer has to order food on their menu board and also one of their employee's who takes a customer's order, they only have about 3 minutes to complete this process. I asked Jasmine why? Jasmine said their El Pollo Loco Restaurant is all about serving their Mexican Food on a really FAST basis.

Fast in and Fast out! It is also about the more people that El Pollo Loco Restaurant serves at a really FAST RATE OF SPEED. The more (profits) this restaurant location makes on a daily basis.

Jasmine also told me that McDonald's Restaurant regarding their timer method is more relaxed, when customers place their order on the drive through process. McDonald's Restaurant is also more generous in giving their customers more time to place their orders at the speaker.

I learned something new about how these fast food restaurants operate and how they make their profits. Their drive through method is 70% of their business and that is where the majority of all these fast food restaurants profits come from. It is not from customers dining inside their restaurant. This is due to this Covid-19 Pandemic. A lot of people are still really afraid to dine inside restaurants. This is due to, there has to be a 6 feet distance between each table that is set up in their dining area.

I received (excellent customer service) from James. I also received a really hearty Chicken Tortilla Soup and a HUGE Chicken Avocado TINGA Burrito. This Chicken Avocado TINGA Burrito was very filling and also very flavorful! I would order this burrito again because it was really delicious! Their prices are very reasonable. I love Mexican Food!

I highly recommend this El Pollo Loco Restaurant location.

This is my second time eating inside this El Pollo Loco Restaurant tonight for my dinner time. This location is a close distance from my home and there are a lot of customers ordering Mexican Food now.

I placed my order with T. J. he was very friendly and personable to me when he was ringing up my (4 Items) today.

My first order was the (3) Chicken Carbon Soft Tacos it includes tender pieces of the grilled Chicken Meat, Cilantro, and Pio Pico Sauce filled in a warm flour tortilla. I also received a side of Fried Tortilla Chips with Mild Salsa. The price is $5.99.

I wanted to have a sweet treat for my desert, I requested the (2) Cinnamon and Sugar Churros. The price was $2.00. These Cinnamon Churros are deep fried in oil for a few minutes then these Cinnamon Churros are sprinkled with Cinnamon and granulated sugar. I am eating one of these Cinnamon Churros now and it is very delicious! The outer shell has a crunchy texture to this Churro. It's really flavorful and I am very full. I will save this other Cinnamon Churro for tomorrow for a snack.

For my beverage I bought the (one quantity) of the sprite (Lemon and Lime) Soft Drink. This soft drink was included with the (3) quantity of the Chicken Meat Soft Tacos .

Everything that I have eaten tonight was very delicious and filling! I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude by their El Pollo Loco Employees.

I received excellent customer service from T .J. this cashier and very delicious Mexican Food.

I highly recommend El Pollo Loco Restaurant.

I wanted to try the Chicken Tostada Salad and placed my order online with the Yelp GRUBHUB Delivery Service.

The Chicken Tostada Salad included (small chunks of tender chicken meat, rice, pinto beans, purple cabbage, ice berg lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro) surrounded by a crispy tostada shell. This Chicken Tostada Salad was really delicious. I received two containers of Cilantro dressing it was a mild flavor but had enough spices for me and it complimented this salad. I also ordered for dessert the Churros it comes with 2 in a package. I love the cinnamon spice mixed with the sugar and the crunchy texture in every bite.

It took about (35 minutes for my lunch order to arrive at my door).

Ralph the delivery driver was very friendly when he dropped off my order to me. The total price including the sales tax and 15% tip was $15.71. The price I paid was very affordable.

El Pollo Loco is one of my favorite fast food (Mexican)
restaurants. I ordered the Chicken Tostada Salad and the
Churros again for dessert through the Yelp online GRUBHUB delivery service. I wanted to eat something light for my lunch order. My order arrived within (35 minutes) from Ralph this GRUBHUB delivery driver who had a really friendly smile and was polite when he rang my door bell and dropped off my order to me.

The Chicken Tostada Salad arrived in a plastic container and was still in one piece. The (bite size pieces of grilled chicken meat was really tender and juicy, the purple cabbage, ice berg lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, rice, and pinto beans) was very delicious. The outer deep fried shell was very crispy added to the goodness of this salad. The Cilantro dressing had a mild but tangy flavor.

I also received two containers of Cilantro dressing and two quantity of the Churros. Both of these the Chicken Tostada Salad and the Churros was very delicious.

The total price for my lunch order came up to $15.71 including the (delivery fee, sales tax, and the 15 percent tip). The price I paid was very affordable.

El Pollo Loco has amazing Mexican food. I ordered 1 quantity of the Chicken Avocado Burrito, this burrito was huge and very delicious. The price is $7.19. Every time I had taken a bite of the Chicken Avocado Burrito it was really (tender and had juicy chicken meat) along with the (rice, pinto beans, sliced avocados, and cheddar cheese). I couldn't finish the whole burrito in one sitting, I had to save it for later. I also ordered 1 serving of the Spanish Rice, 1 serving of the Pinto Beans and for dessert 1 quantity of (2) Cinnamon Sugar Churros. The Pinto Beans price was $2.29 and the Spanish Rice was $2.29. The price for the Churros is $1.59. I was charged the tip for the delivery driver of $2.49. The total amount came up to $19.10 that was charged to my credit card for the (4 Items) I ordered.

The flavor of the Pinto Beans was soft and so good I ate the whole serving size container. The Spanish Rice had the perfect amount of spices in it and very fluffy. Then for dessert I ate one of the Churros, I love cinnamon and sugar together. The Churro was crispy and wasn't too sweet. I had an awesome lunch this afternoon.

This is the first time I placed an order on Yelp.com and used the Grub hub service. Grub hub did an excellent job of delivering my El Pollo Loco order. Tosh the delivery driver rang my door bell, I opened up the door and was given my order. My food was still hot and every thing that I ordered was accurate. I will definitely use the Grub hub service again.
