Requested a portable toilet. Maria Martinez was very helpful and took the time to review my options. Service was good, and efficient.

Was ok with them up until about 6 months ago when their service and quality went to the black tank. I'm full time 5th wheel and rely on them to service the blank tanks. They have switched service days on us without telling which caused a big stink (literally).
They continually step on the gray water hose causing it to crack. They broke the handle off my main valve. But the big one was recently, bending the black water release rod (I watched that happen) Keep in mind that when this happens, that rod will not open or close. At that point when I asked the driver what they were dogging to do to solve the problem, he got into his truck and left. I called the office and talked to a supervisor and he said that this happens but there is nothing he can do to help. So now, I'm out close to $799 to fix it. And get this, as I type this, I have 2 RV techs standing around waiting on Diamond to come empty the black tank. I even agreed to pay Diamond's additional fee of $75 to expedite the call. Hey Diamond, maybe next time this happens to someone else, stand up and take some responsibility!
***Update*** after waiting for over 2 hours past scheduled arrival, the driver didn't have the right adapter so he had to go back to get it. After paying the techs to stand around, this whole debacle they caused will cost me over $1000

make sure you get an accurate quote before you provide billing and personal information. I contacted this company yesterday and requested a quote for a porta potty. I was given a specific price for 28 days. Also, the delivery and pick up fee, the price was good.
Customer service gathered all of my information, including my drivers license and address and when she went to run my card, the numbers did not add up.
she explained only at the end that I would be receiving two invoices one for the prorated plus delivery and the other for 28 days.
The price went up just over $70 because they would not be billing me from 28 days of the time of delivery, instead they would wait seven days before the 28 period started.
I nicely declined and explained that there were several other companies that were less money. She got upset with me, It seemed, rather short...

it felt like deception and misrepresentation to me

I'm using Diamond Environmental Services for a while now, and I have to say they have a great customer service, good communication, super quick, didn't have a single issue with them before and I will definitely continue to use their services.
I'll recommend for everyone to use them, they are a great company.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Diamond. Scheduling was easy, service was timely and thorough, friendly staff from office to technicians, efficient and professional. I really appreciate Felicia who I worked with on scheduling and Silvo who came out to test and pump the septic system. Thankful for local folks who care about what they do and put people first.

Once again this business did not let us down. Kristy Garza was very helpful and professional to assist us with our carnival bathroom needs. They were very punctual with the delivery and pick up, even called to make sure someone was there to receive the restrooms. We will definitely use them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone that wants to deal with a professional company with a great costumer service provided by Kristy.

On August 26, 2023 we ordered 10 Porta Potties and 2 handicap Porta Potties which were very clean. They also came out and service them which were left smelling fresh and clean.

Diamond Environmental continues to be amongst our strongest, most dependable partners at Construction West....we love our Diamond!

The Diamond CS staff has work with a small company feel....but big company resources. There are too many great people to list every one, but Ruta Vitauskas and Judy Ramirez are on our favorites list! They can HANDLE STUFF!

Our portable restrooms needed service within 24 hours, and it's very unlikely for it to happen over the weekend. Spencer handled my frustration well, and was able to schedule it yesterday.
Having 4 groups of 50-100 people this weekend would have been a disaster if the units weren't cleaned and stocked.

Diamond provides porta potties and hand washing stations at all the JFS safe lots. They sold them saying they had great customer service yet the hand washing stations never have sanitizer in the grey water tanks of the hand washing stations smell awful. There has been a missing soap dispenser and a broken one at one of main porta potty stations. Though there is COVID going through the lot there hasn't been any way to wash hands at that the main porta potty station for over five days. Though I talked to the guy who services he says he isn't allowed to fix them without approval. Though they empty the porta potties they don't clean them, they don't spray down the handles or doors. It's really pretty gross.
