Really great staff always smiling and wanting to help you. They also get excited when you find something good.
I've been to a lot of thrift shops and this one was very well priced. I purchased a lamp and a fondue pot for under $10 all together.
Great selection of china if you ever need to get a set for your apartment or family gathering.
Great selection of frames and woman's clothing
Will be coming back in my venturesHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 2, 2023
**May 2023: Tuesday Afternoon Visit**
This is a fantastic thrift shop that has a little bit of everything. Most of the women's clothing were all priced at $2 and sectioned by style - skirts in one section, pants another etc. There is a boutique section that does have items all individually priced and I thought the tags were fairly priced. I was looking for garments for costume outfits and found a couple of items that would work including two skirts and a hat ($5).
When I come back to the area this is definitely a shop I would hit up again. Two thumbs up!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Cathy H.Laguna Beach, CA0472Feb 13, 2024
Instead of having such a large staff three days a week why don't you downsize and open five days like most Assistance League Thrifts? I realize you rely on volunteers but there are too many behind the register. You'd make more money if you were open more. Clothing prices fair. Houseware's ridiculously priced.

Thank you for your comments. There should only be two people behind the counter and one more if there is a need to help with jewelry. We need to have each of the 4 rooms staffed for visibility, presence, customer service, and keeping things picked up. There is also several people in the backroom processing donations, sorting, testing, pricing. The backroom volunteers are also scheduled on days the store is not open. We would love to be open more days and struggle with getting enough volunteers to help. It is a big operation that takes many people. We are doing the best we can and we make about 70% of the money needed to fund the children's programs. (The other 30% comes from other fund raising events.) We hope you visit the store again. Thank you!

This store has items. The hours are limited. Not the cheapest prices but every time I have been here I have found something. They are run by volunteers. They have only 1 register even though they have several staff there so sometimes they have lines. Especially because of the limited time they were open plan on a wait.

Thank you for your comment! Yes the operation takes a lot of people to run it and we have a limited number of volunteers to help. We wish we could be open more days, but 3 days a week is what we can sustain right now. (We also have people working the backroom other days too in order to sort donations, price and get them out of the floor ready for shop hours.) We do have a second register that we open when there are more than 2 people in line. I hope you visit again!

Very rude,Arlene Ford is iin "charge "and refusing all children from entering the store !!!!!I'm a mom with children and was rudely refused at the door. Please don't go here!!!!The worst experience I've ever had!!!!!I was told by the store manager it was due to covid ,ironically her mask was worn under her nose .To make matters worst she was laughing and mocking me as I walked away with my children!Go to ANY other thrift store not here!!!!**I'm wondering if the is even legal, regardless if it is her behavior was unprofessional.Avoid THEM!
ALSO racist vibes .Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Pat R.Oceanside, CA67338Aug 28, 2022
This is a fabulous thrift shop in every way. The profits go to children's charities and everyone is a volunteer. In fact, the highly talented watch repair/electronics checker is a retired military pilot. I have purchased everything from children's clothing ($1 on certain occasions) to a very good DVD player (Yes, some people still like DVDs as opposed to streaming). The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Bravo!!

I always bring my donations to this charity. The women who work here are volunteering and they are super helpful. Prices are great, the selection is great too.
They also have Dwight, who checks everything that gets donated and is powered. Like appliances or sound equipment. All that stuff gets marked too, so you know what you are getting. Highly recommend this thrift that is supporting school age children. Great all around!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ana M.Chesapeake, VA136481Mar 11, 2021
I'd leave zero stars if I could. We were not even allowed in the store, because I had a child with me (in a freaking baby carrier). Very rude, extremely frustrating. Don't know how they've managed to stay open. If it isn't, it should be illegal to turn people away based on age.

I'll admit that I am not a big fan of Thrift Shops, but this place always has great "stuff" and a helpful staff! Holidays they carry amazing gift and decorating items. It is well worth a visit to the very convenient location in the Frazier Farms shopping center.

Nicest ladies volunteer to help. We are lucky to have them give of their time, patience and energy. Find many treasures and things I need. Great to be able to visit them and also take care of my shopping at Fraziers. Easy parking and feel safe in this area.
