Mr. Roberto was very helpful. He was so honest and told me things that we need we don't need to be mindful with my budget. Appreciated his guidance so much since this is the first time renting party supplies! Highly recommended!

We rented a love seat from them, and it worked perfectly with our sweetheart table! The company was very easy to work with from booking to delivery. I looked into other rental companies before them and there was always a minimum or package/bundle requirement, but all I wanted and needed was a love seat. I am so happy I found Ashley's Party Rentals. They offered exactly what I needed. The seat was clean, sturdy, comfy, and the beige color worked with our colors

We rented some tables and chairs for an event we were hosting at our home. I really appreciated that their website had the options and prices listed so I could do my homework prior to calling. I found their prices to be very affordable.

Ordering on the phone was really easy, and the woman who took my order (forgot to jot down her name) was friendly.

Everything was ready when we went to pick up and the crew was helpful loading. They were also very helpful unloading when we returned. The tables and chairs we rented were clean and nice quality.

Needed a quote for 10 6ft tables and 60 chairs. When I originally called their computers were down so they said they would call me back. They called me about an hour later. Understandable.

I was given a quote and some different options for chairs and tables. However the dates I needed them dropped off they were busy so they offered to drop off a day earlier at no charge!

It worked out perfectly as I was able to set up for my party in advance.

They dropped off and picked up as scheduled. The crew was very courteous and moved quick.

I would use them again.

Ashley's Party Rentals rates are reasonably priced and stand by their products. They answered the phone right away (unlike some of those places I called) and the person taking my order was very friendly and helpfulI. I rented 4 butane heaters for a backyard party in early June and was very pleased with their service. The delivery man was very helpful in setting up the heaters and demonstrating how to turn them on and off. It turned out that one of the heaters was not working properly. The event was for the following day, and the next day they promptly replaced the non-working heater for a working one. My guests were very comfortable the whole evening.

I had chairs and a couple tables delivered for a backyard wedding and they were awesome. Everything was clean and didn't have to do anything extra but place them where I wanted them. They also showed up a few minutes early to be ready to unload.
We were not able to be present for the pickup time and they were respectful of the property and looked like it did originally. There is a small delivery fee which is extremely worth the work they do. Highly recommend.

I ordered some chairs and tables and it was easy enough to do over the phone and change over email. It's cool that you can change it even the day of.

It's a $50 fee for delivery, plus another fee for setup/breakdown, so I opted to pick it up for free at their warehouse. The items were in good condition and I had no trouble with this, the employees load it into your car.

There are big signs in their warehouse talking about how the employees must wear masks (they weren't either time I went) and how they have to call to confirm with the customer the day before (they didn't).

They were nice enough, and I'd use them again, but just something to note.

This company is GREAT!!!! I used them for my Halloween party and they were punctual on both the drop off and pick up. Tables were good and sturdy as were the chairs. Their customer service was fantastic! So, I called them in a panic today when I realized I was having more guests on Christmas Eve than my small tables could accommodate. To my surprise, they were happy to get me a couple of tables and some chairs delivered the next day! What a lifesaver! I will use these guys again for sure!!!!
